Hi, just felt like changing url/starting over and all.
When you shoot a roll of film, those photos are captured forever. Photography shows you a world in a whole new perspective, from love to hate, from happiness to sadness, and from anger to sorrow. A roll of film captures the memories you cannot delete instantly. When you lose those memories, forgotten everything, the roll of film, the photographs, will always remember the littlest to biggest memories you’ve had.
“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.” ― Aaron Siskind
My friend had a small “photo shoot” of me and although this is supposed to be my 52 week photos, i’ll use his photo this week. So have you stared at the sky wondering who you really are? Have you wondered how long will you’d be lost in thought? As the wind blows, you stand there as your hair brushes against your face; who are you, what will you do in the future, where do you really belong, who you love, who loves you, and the questions go on and on.. it won’t stop.
“The world we have created is a product of our thinking; it cannot be changed without changing our thinking.” ― Albert Einstein
I don’t think I have anything relevant to say about this photo. I thought of scraping or falling on my knees since it’s so emphasized in the photo, but at the same time it doesn’t look like it because my tights aren’t ripped at the knees and all… Well I’m not making any sense trying to sound smart aha. But you know, here’s an irrelevant quote since I’ve been feeling a bit off like a hopeless romantic.
“Sometimes I wish I were a little kid again, skinned knees are easier to fix than broken hearts.” ― Author Unknown
